What are the conditions for return?

Not satisfied with the product? Is it incomplete or defective? Unfortunately, that can happen, but we will solve that. You may return purchases within 14 days. The article must of course be unused and complete and as far as possible in the original packaging. Fitting clothing and shoes is no problem as long as it is done at home and the products remain undamaged.

Tailor-made articles

Tailor-made articles, such as skis where the bindings are drilled to your wishes are personalised products and can not be returned.

Returns in the store

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase in our store. Please bring the invoice that you have received with the order  for faster handling. You will receive the purchase price and any delivery costs directly in our store.

How can I return items?

You can return an item to OutdoorXL. You will have to pay the costs for returning the item. We always refund the purchase price and any shipping costs as quickly as possible, but always within 14 days at the latest.

Did you receive a damaged or incomplete product?

If you have received a damaged product or a product that is not complete, please contact us as soon as possible. We advise you to check the order immediately upon receipt. You can send an e-mail to:

Exchange items

We hope you are satisfied with the purchase. It can happen that an article is ordered in the wrong size or that the item does not meet expectations.

Unwashed, unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days after ordering, to exchange or to get the money back. If you want to exchange the item, please send us the desired size by e-mail so that we can reserve it for you, provided that it is in stock. Whether an item can be exchanged depends on its availability. The new item can only be shipped after the returned items have been received and have undergone a quality check.

We advise you to check your items carefully after receipt before removing the labels and labels.

Order in the webshop

Go to the article of your choice and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button. Once you have placed all items of your choice in the shopping cart,  go to the shopping cart at the top right of the page. When you have finished shopping,  go to your shopping cart and click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button.

Cancel order

Unfortunately you can not cancel an order or an item from an order. However, you can mail us the order number: to cancel the article. The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.

No confirmation e-mail received

Sometimes it may take a while before the confirmation e-mail arrives. If you still have not received an e-mail after half an hour, check the Unwanted mail / SPAM folder of your e-mail program. Some providers tend to incorrectly classify this type of e-mail as SPAM.

Stocks online and in the store

Generally we have everything in stock. If we do not have items in stock, they will usually be available again within a few days. Should there nevertheless be a product "NOT IN STOCK", please contact the service department of the webshop: They can tell you when the product will be in stock again or order the product for you.


When will my order be delivered?

Normally products ordered before 15:00 will be sent the same day. In many cases the order will arrive the next day. We aim to have all orders delivered within 3 days. In case the product is not in stock, we will contact you.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over 50 euros are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. Please contact the customer service of the webshop: if you live abroad and want to know the shipping costs to your country because additional shipping costs may apply due to size and/or weight of the package and/or shipping destination.


Item in stock

Most items are in stock or available within 3 to 5 working days. If you want to know whether the item you ordered is in stock, please call or email.

Order items outside the assortment

It is possible to order an item outside of our assortment. Provided we also have the brand. With such orders you will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.

When will this item be in stock again?

The stocks on the website are being updated several times a day. Should there nevertheless be a product "NOT IN STOCK" that you would like to order, please contact the service department of the webshop: They can tell you when the product will be in stock again.

Items available from stock

OutdoorXL has a physical store, which is why we can deliver directly from our own stock. When a product is in stock, it will be sent on the day of order. The order must be received within 3 working days, but will generally arrive on the next working day.


How can I pay?

Depending on the country you are based there are different payment methods you can use, i.e. credit card and Paypal.

Warranty and production errors

If you have a complaint about your purchase, bring or send the product to our store. When the complaint is well-founded, we take the product into consideration and have it repaired or we replace the product. 

Whether you can claim the warranty of a product depends on the nature of the problem. Our aftersales department will look at the product and then determine whether we need to replace the product or whether a repair is possible. 

The warranty period on the product is also important, as well as the nature of the defect. If the defect falls within the guarantee conditions and period of the product, then the repair or replacement of the product will be done free of charge. 

If the product can not be replaced, it will be reimbursed. If a defect is not covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer.
