If you have a complaint about your purchase, return the product to our store. If the complaint is justified, we will take the product under consideration and have it repaired or replaced.
Or you can claim the warranty of a product depends on the nature of the problem.
Our aftersales department will review the product and then decide whether we are going to be replaced or repaired. Further, the warranty on the product of interest and the nature of the defect.
