Product Description

The Barmstedt softshell jacket from Icepeak is a men’s outdoor layer with a hood, meant to guard against wind and light rain during active pursuits. It slots in easily as an insulating top layer when conditions turn cooler or breezier.

Made from 100% polyester softshell in a regular fit, this jacket moves with you without feeling bulky. The hood helps keep wind at bay, while its 54 g weight makes it simple to stash in a daypack. The stretch and breathability of the fabric mean you stay comfortable whether you’re hiking, cycling or working around camp.

Softshell fabrics feature a tightly woven outer face that sheds light moisture and wind, paired with a stretch-knit interior that wicks perspiration. The PFC-free treatment provides water repellency without perfluorinated chemicals, cutting down on environmental impact while still handling drizzle and mist.
