The Maier Wambra is a short men’s winter jacket designed for outdoor adventures where staying dry matters. It’s part of Maier’s waterproof range, offering reliable protection against wind and rain without adding bulk.

Constructed from 100% polyester in a regular fit, the Wambra provides a comfortable balance of freedom to move and room for layering. The smooth outer fabric sheds moisture and resists snags, so you can focus on the trail rather than your gear. Its shorter cut keeps things light and nimble, making it well suited for active days in changing conditions.

The jacket uses Maier’s mTEX technology, a membrane bonded to the fabric that blocks incoming water while allowing body heat and moisture vapor to escape. In practical terms, this means rain rolls off the surface and you stay dry inside, yet sweat can vent out to help regulate your temperature during exertion.

The PFC-free finish lets smaller water droplets drip off easily, while the mTEX 10.000 membrane ensures even heavy rain or snowfall won't get through. Of course, this outdoor jacket stays breathable while doing so, and its warm mTHERM padding lets you keep your cool about the windchill effect. A mesh pocket for stowing the hood as well as the 7 pockets (3 on the inside, 4 on the outside, with zip fasteners) make sure you're prepared for anything.
