Product Description

The Nemo Roamer XL Wide is a single-person sleeping mat designed to bring extra comfort and insulation to your camping nights. With a generous width and a 10 cm thickness, it’s aimed at campers who value a sturdier sleep surface that helps buffer uneven ground and retains body heat.

At 76 cm wide, the Roamer XL Wide gives you room to shift without feeling like you’ll roll off, while its open-cell foam core maintains loft even under weight, so you won’t bottom out over rocks or roots. The top fabric is made from 50D/75D 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) PU polyester, Bluesign certified for responsible manufacturing, which resists snags and stands up to repeated use. When it’s time to pack up, the mat compresses down to 74 x 18 cm, making it relatively manageable to stash in or on your pack.

The mat’s R-value of 6 indicates strong thermal resistance, meaning it slows heat loss from your body into the ground, keeping you warmer in colder conditions. Open-cell foam insulation works by trapping small pockets of air that act as a barrier against cold surfaces, so you won’t need extra layers underneath to stay comfortable.
