Product Description

The Osprey Talon 22 is a hiking backpack in the 21–25-liter range, designed for day trips and short overnights. With volume options of 20 L (S/M) or 22 L (M/L), it offers enough space for water, snacks and a few extra layers without hauling unnecessary bulk on the trail.

Weighing just 0.61 kg (S/M) or 0.81 kg (M/L), the Talon 22 keeps fatigue low so you can focus on the route ahead. Its 51 × 28 × 28 cm profile holds your load close to your back, improving balance over uneven terrain. There’s no built-in raincover, so you may want to carry a separate waterproof sleeve if you expect wet conditions.

Since it falls well under the 1.4 kg threshold, the Talon 22 qualifies as an ultralight pack, which means less strain on shoulders and hips during long hikes. The compact dimensions also help you maneuver through narrow trails or crowded campsites without snagging your gear.
