The Outwell Newburg 160 Air 2023 is an inflatable drive-away annex designed to attach to SUVs and camper buses. It extends your living space and gives a sheltered area beside your vehicle, making it easier to relax outdoors without compromising on comfort.

Constructed from durable Outtex® 4000 Select polyester, this drive-away tent holds its shape thanks to a combination of inflatable air tubes and Ø 9.5 mm Duratec fiberglass poles. At 210 cm tall with a 735 cm width and 340 cm depth, it offers generous headroom and floor space. When the weekend’s over, it packs down to 80 × 38 × 38 cm and weighs 17.1 kg, so you can stow it away in the included carry bag without much fuss. Pegs and guy lines are also tucked inside, ready to secure the tent when you set up camp.

The inflatable air tubes replace rigid poles: you use a hand pump to inflate them, which usually speeds up pitching and adds flexibility in blustery conditions. The double-coated polyethylene groundsheet forms a shallow tub floor that helps keep moisture and grit out, while the fibreglass poles lend extra support at key points. Together, these elements make the tent sturdy yet straightforward to manage for most campers.
