The Rider Ski Insulated 2L Jacket Junior by Peak Performance is a waterproof ski jacket designed to keep young skiers warm and protected on the mountain. With its insulated two-layer construction and water-repellent finish, it’s well suited for a day on the slopes or any outdoor winter activity without letting moisture in.

Made from 100% recycled polyester and fitted with a 100% polyurethane membrane, this jacket uses Peak Performance’s Hipe technology to offer reliable protection against wind and snow while allowing moisture to escape. The regular fit leaves room for layering and freedom of movement, and a PFC-free durable water repellent treatment helps snow and slush bead off the fabric—an important feature for staying dry during changing conditions.

Hipe’s two-layer construction bonds the outer fabric directly to the waterproof membrane, reducing bulk and improving breathability so that sweat can vent away. The membrane acts as a barrier against water and wind while remaining flexible, and the PFC-free DWR coating repels surface moisture. Weighing in at around 0.8 kg, the jacket stays light enough for active kids to move freely without feeling weighed down.
