The RAB Electron Pro Jacket is a down-filled outer layer designed to keep you warm on chilly adventures, from early-morning trail starts to evenings around the campfire. It’s aimed at anyone who needs reliable insulation without extra bulk.
Made from 100% polyamide and filled with goose down, this jacket strikes a balance between warmth and lightness. The regular fit allows room for a midlayer, while the fluorocarbon-free DWR finish helps shed light rain. Thanks to the Pertex Quantum PRO shell, it offers wind protection and good durability against abrasion, so it holds up well on rocky paths or rugged terrain.
Pertex Quantum PRO is a tightly woven fabric that resists wind and light moisture while remaining breathable. The durable water-repellent (DWR) coating makes water bead off the surface without using fluorocarbons. Goose down works by trapping tiny pockets of air to retain heat, giving a high warmth-to-weight ratio so you stay comfortable without carrying extra bulk.
