With UPF 50 sun protection built into the fabric, this shirt blocks around 98% of harmful UV rays. UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) measures how effectively a textile shields skin from sun exposure—a rating of 50 means only 1/50th of UV radiation passes through the material, helping to keep young skin safer under strong sunlight.
